Can I order without being a member?
You can order without being a member of It's Basic. After placing your order, you can log in to itsbasic.com with the password sent to you and track your order.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
By clicking on the I forgot my password button, a password reset link will be sent to you if you enter the e-mail address or mobile number you used to register on itsbasic.com.
Can I update my membership information?
You can update your contact information from My Account - My Addresses tab.
Can I delete my It's Basic subscription?
For membership cancellation requests, if you send an e-mail to info@itsbasic.com, your request will be processed within 48 hours.
Online Shopping
How can I shop from itsbasic.com?
After you create your itsbasic.com membership or log in, you can start shopping immediately. After adding the products you want to buy to your cart, you can go to the payment page by clicking on the "Cart" icon on the right side of the screen.
You can select the payment method on the page that opens, click the "Complete Order" button and complete your purchase.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not been delivered to the cargo company, you can make changes by calling customer services. However, if your order has been delivered to the cargo company, you cannot make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
You can contact customer service to cancel your order before the shipping process (including packaging) begins or the invoice is issued.
Money was taken from my card but I cannot view my order. What should I do?
Your order is waiting for the accounting payment approval stage. Payment approval will be made within 24 hours. Your order number will be notified by e-mail after payment approval is provided.
How can I view the status of my order?
You can check your order by following the "Order Details" steps on the "My Account" - "My Orders" page.

What are your payment options?
For your purchases from itsbasic.com, you can pay in installments or in one go using any bank's credit card or debit card.
How many hours should it take to make payment for EFT / money order?
EFT / money transfer payment must be made to the specified IBAN account within 24 hours.
Can I pay at the door?
There is a payment option at the door.
Shipping and Delivery
Which cargo company will deliver my order?
We ship your products with our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo company.
How can I track the cargo of my order?
After logging in, you can view all shipping details of your order via the My Account/Orders panel on our website, and by clicking on the cargo tracking link on the page, you will be automatically connected to Yurtiçi Kargo's website and you can track the status of your cargo.
What is the Order Shipping Time?
We deliver your orders to cargo within 24 hours, the cargo company delivers them to your address within 1 - 3 business days on average.
Can I cancel my order?
If the products you have purchased have not yet been packaged and shipped, you can request to cancel your order by calling +90 (543) 678 65 48 or writing via WhatsApp within a maximum of 12 hours. After your request is received, your order will be canceled and you will be informed shortly. The shipping fee for returns is 74.99 TL and belongs to the customer.
