What is the return and exchange procedure?
You can return the products you have purchased from It's Basic Online Store within 14 days, provided that they are unused and all accessories on the products are complete. You can exchange the products you want to change the size with any product and size you want from our online store. In case of return and exchange for a different product in products purchased by spending points, the points spent will be deleted. The points you have accumulated are valid until the end of the year; they cannot be transferred to the next year.
How can I return the products I purchased?
You need to create a return request by selecting the order you want to return from the "My Orders" list in the "My Account" section. Then, deliver the product with the code "451518660" to the nearest "Yurtiçi Kargo " office with your invoice and send it to our return address. In exchange transactions, the shipping fee is covered by our customers and the amount determined during the shipment is paid directly to the cargo company. Which cargo company is responsible for returns?
You can send the products you want to return to our It's Basic Online Store Return Warehouse address via our contracted Yurtiçi Kargo company.
What is the return approval process?
The product that reaches us for return will be examined to see if it complies with the return conditions stated above, and if it is suitable for return, the transaction will be approved and the return will be accepted.
When and how is the refund made?
The amount of your returned product will be transferred to your payment account or credit card within 7-14 business days.
Can I return the products I bought from your site to the stores?

What should I pay attention to during cargo delivery?
If you are not at the specified address, your package will be delivered to the nearest branch of the contracted cargo company within 1 (one) business day. You must pick up your package from the cargo branch within the specified 1 (one) business day. Otherwise, your order will be returned to the It's Basic warehouse. Please do not forget to inspect the package before accepting it. You have the right to refuse damaged or torn bags by reporting them to the cargo officer.
